Return and Refund Policy FruCare
At FruCare, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. If something is not to your satisfaction, you can count on a correct and swift resolution of your complaint or return request.
1. Reporting Complaints
- Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- This can be done via email at office@frucare.shop, with a clear description of the complaint and, if possible, some photos for clarification.
- Always include your order number and contact details in the complaint.
2. Return Conditions
2.1. Returns in Case of Withdrawal (14-Day Reflection Period)
- Consumers have the right to return an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
- The goods must be in good condition, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- If the packaging is not sealed, the full original weight of the product must still be present.
- The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- You can report your withdrawal using the Withdrawal Form.
2.2. Returns for Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via office@frucare.shop.
- FruCare will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or full refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
- In the case of a partial refund (e.g., due to signs of use or missing product weight), you will be informed accordingly.
- Shipping costs are only refunded in cases of incorrect delivery or a defective product.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Return
- Food products with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for return.
- Items with visible signs of use, damage, or incomplete returns may be refused or only partially refunded.
